Three simple way to take care of child in changing weather , How to deal with it?/How stay healthy in this weather?

Changing weather is very challenging for every one because it comes with diseases like cold cough, fever,head-ache, body-ache, feeling tired etc... In this situation big task to keep safe a child from all these diseases. 

Here I want to share few information/ tip to you  that how can you fight with this weather conditions.
Time when winter is going and summer is coming and this is very pleasant weather also. We can enjoy this weather with our kids if we keep these tips in our mind.

1- Stay hydrated- 
In this weather we never feel thirsty so often we drink very -very less water. Water is evaporating from our body due to sun but we are not filling it. Our body needs same quantity of water in each weather. If you will not drink water then your body will not work properly and also it will not get proper oxygen . Due to that, our immune system will become weak and we can get  disease.

now a days urine infection  in young children becomes very common and this is very serious for kids. I have observed that why this is happening and I have talked to parents about that.
 But the sad part is this parent are saying it happen because they use school washroom, so, its usual for them.
But not, this is not happening due to use of school or public washroom(happens in some case). The very first reason of urine infection is lack of water in the body. In winter children don't drink water often which cause continuous loss of water  from the body and it will become prone to catch virus.
So, keep your child  hydrated in all weather and always tell your child that if your urine comes in yellow color that means lack of water in your body and  Always flush water before and after use of  washroom. 

2- Magic Tea - I really believe that this is magic tea and a child can also drink this. This is very simple to make it. It is full of good ingredients which good for our health. An adult and drink 1 cup and child should drink according to age like 1 to 2 year-  2 spoon/ 2 times a day, 2 to 4 year - 4 spoon/ 2 time a day, 5 to 7 year half cup/ 2 times a day. Prevent and cure - cold,cough ,fever
 Recipe- for 1 cup
 Water - 2 cup
Ginger - 1 full spoon crushed (antioxidant,anti-inflammatory)
cinnamon - 1 pinch crushed (antibiotic,anti-inflammatory)
Black paper - 1/2 spoon crushed (antibacterial)
cardamon - 1 crushed ( anti-inflammatory)
jaggery/gud - according to taste (antioxidant,anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic)
Put all ingredients in water and let it boil till one cup remain.

3- Magic yellow milk-
 Really magical , give to strength and energy, help full for cold ,cough and tiredness.
 Recipe- for 1 cup
Ginger - 1 full spoon crushed (antioxidant,anti-inflammatory)
Black paper - 1/2 spoon crushed (antibacterial)
cardamon - 1 crushed ( anti-inflammatory)
Almonds - 5 piece (anti oxidant)
Ajwain - 1 full spoon (anti fungal, anti bacterial , anti inflammatory)
Turmeric - 1 spoon (antioxidant,anti-inflammatory)
Grind all these and make fine paste
let the milk boil now put the paste in the milk, boil fo 15 min
pour the milk in glass after few second add jaggery according to taste.
